As well as practical benefits, being a member of the GCCHSA offers some intangible benefits as well. Families have been enriched and edified by the friendships they have formed within the home school community. God is using the home school experience to strengthen and deepen the Christian experience.

New Member Checklist:
	Read "Explanation of Membership" on the Forms tab
	Download the Application Form from the Forms tab
	Sign the Statement of Faith and Membership Requirements pages (pages 2 and 3)
	Fill out the Parent Participation Checklist (page 4)
	Sign the Testimony of Salvation page (page 5) if you are not currently a member of a local church body or you are a member of a church that does not agree with the Statement of Faith
	Parents of students in grades 7-12 - complete and return the Jr./Sr. High Student Contract Agreement/General Permission Form (page 6) and the Jr./Sr. High Medical Information Form (pages 7-8)
	Abide by the By-Laws and Policies governing the GCCHSA
	Pay annual dues. All fees include payment of GCCHSA liability insurance. GCCHSA Basic Membership is $37.00 per year. Include with the Application Form a check made payable to the GCCHSA for the appropriate amount according to the following chart:
